The purpose of our Christmas eTwinning project is to explore the traditional baking of other European countries prepared especially for Christmas. Our students had a great time taking part in this Christmas project, since they sent and received recipes of traditional Christmas sweets. They were also involved in creating holiday e-cards for other participating students around Europe. The particular eTwinning project aims at helping students become aware of their role as European citizens by interacting with pupils from partner countries. It is a wonderful opportunity for them to expand their knowledge about the various Christmas traditions around Europe, make new friends and share a part of their culture.
